Vision Markets is seeking an Account Sales Representative to proactively expand our industrial camera business within the US market. You'll build relationships with existing customers and cultivate new ones in sectors like industrial machine vision, factory automation, life science, and aerospace while working remotely. Your core mission is to develop your territory, achieve sales targets, and manage every stage of the sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Search for new customers who benefit from industrial vision solutions and maximize customer potential in your region.
- Visit potential and existing customers to build relationships.
- Work with product management and support teams for assistance, product education, and after-sales support.
- Develop long-term relationships by managing and interpreting customer and partner requirements.
- Listen to customer concerns and articulate how our camera solutions best meet their needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to satisfy both customer and company objectives.
- Calculate customer quotations and administer customer accounts.
- Prepare weekly update reports for the Sales Director.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while coordinating sales projects.
- Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate product value.
- Liaise with other sales team members and technical experts.
- Follow and report on industry trends.
- Provide input for the specification of new product developments.
- Provide training and produce support material for other sales team members.
What We're Looking For

- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.
- Technical background to understand potential applications and basic image processing or machine vision concepts.
- Excellent presentation abilities, both one-on-one and to groups.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven track record as a proactive self-starter with high drive.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to learn quickly and independently.
- A structured, systematic approach to planning and tracking customer activities using CRM tools.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- A good blend of empathy and assertiveness.

- Readiness to travel for customer visits, trade shows, and meetings, primarily within the USA.

You will be part of a dedicated team and report directly to the Sales Director, who is also located in a remote home office.
