Lightly AG is looking for a research and lead generation professional to support our tech recruitment efforts. This role focuses on identifying potential clients and hiring opportunities across the US, EU, and UK markets. You will be a key part of connecting fast-growing tech companies with talent.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients and hiring opportunities across the US, EU, and UK.
- Build high-quality lead lists using LinkedIn, databases, and industry tools.
- Support outreach campaigns (email & LinkedIn) with accurate, segmented lists.
- Track market trends, funding rounds, and company updates to find new leads.
- Update and maintain CRM/ATS data.
What We're Looking For
- 0.5+ years of experience in research, lead generation, or SDR-type tasks.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
