Prematch is hiring a Remote Sales Specialist to represent our partner funeral homes as a trusted guide for families planning ahead. In this role, you will connect with families virtually across the country, helping them make decisions that honor their traditions and protect their legacies, with a focus on representing Blue Nebula Consulting.
What You'll Do
- Connect with families virtually across the country representing partner funeral homes with professionalism, empathy, and care.
- Help families make decisions that honor their traditions, celebrate their stories, and protect their legacies.
- Follow up and close on qualified, warm leads and appointments provided by a supporting team.
- Set your own schedule to balance life outside of work.
- Develop sales skills and level up through ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in sales or previous sales experience.
- Ability to demonstrate common sense, compassion, and empathy on the phone and with colleagues.
- Experience working as part of a diverse team to achieve common goals.
- Comfortability with PC operations, software and video conferencing.
- Ability to adapt quickly, in a fast-moving environment.
