Tennr is hiring a Content Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

About the Role

Join Tennr as our Content Marketing Manager, Demand Generation. You will help uplevel our marketing efforts by creating value-driven content that resonates with our audience. This role involves identifying topics, validating research with customers, and owning campaigns from start to finish, primarily through written content like blogs and guides, with opportunities to explore events, distribution, and new formats.

What You'll Do

  • Originate and execute on content marketing campaigns across recommended channels and formats.
  • Develop a deep affinity for the problems our specific audience faces and share those learnings.
  • Improve our industry-specific knowledge and expertise over time.
  • Work with Brand and Design teams to ensure all campaign work aligns with Tennr’s voice and vibe.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to understand our market and distribution options tactically.
  • Help uncover and capitalize on new content shapes and types, such as video, web experiences, downloadables, calculators, or free products.
  • Help improve our analytics and observability to tie Demand Gen efforts to revenue where possible.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience in demand generation or content marketing.
  • A college degree, or an additional comparable amount of work experience demonstrating the ability to combine research and creativity to achieve concrete objectives.
  • Solid writing chops.
  • Enthusiasm for doing the work and a preference for quality over 'productivity' or box-checking.
  • Experience working with contributors from other disciplines.
  • An allergy to AI slop; we don’t use ChatGPT for writing.
  • Willingness to work in-person four days a week in our Chelsea office, with the fifth day remote-optional.

Nice to Have

  • Experience ideally in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or healthtech.
  • Startup experience a big plus.

Work Mode
