Lola Blankets is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (Growth & Lifecycle) to lead our paid acquisition strategy and lifecycle marketing engine. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization across major ad platforms while improving conversion rates and subscription performance. Your work will directly scale acquisition efficiently, working closely with the Creative Director, product, and leadership, all while maintaining compliance with platform and healthcare regulations.
What You'll Do
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, App Lovin, and Ad Roll.
- Manage and scale paid budgets efficiently while optimizing key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
- Conduct structured A/B testing across copy, creatives, offers, audiences, and funnels.
- Adjust bidding strategies and campaign structure based on data analysis.
- Identify scaling opportunities without increasing risk exposure.
- Improve and test multiple funnels, recommending landing page structure improvements.
- Suggest and analyze pricing tests, bundling experiments, and offer adjustments.
- Propose creative test variations to the Creative Director.
- Improve checkout and subscription flow performance.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform ad policies and understand regulated marketing limitations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to prevent account flags or shutdown risk and maintain a risk-aware scaling strategy.
- Own and build our lifecycle marketing engine including SMS automation, email automation, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, subscription retention campaigns, and win-back flows.
- Build reporting dashboards to monitor performance and inform budget allocation decisions using data.
- Improve attribution clarity across channels.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in performance or growth marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), App Lovin, and Ad Roll.
- A strong CRO mindset.
- Experience building SMS + email lifecycle automations.
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment with a high degree of ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or regulated products.
- Experience with subscription-based businesses.
- Experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, or Postscript.
