iwoca is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the management, optimization, and scaling of our Paid Search channel. You'll handle the day-to-day running of Google campaigns, lead our growth strategy on Bing, and help drive our expansion into new search opportunities, including platforms like ChatGPT Ads and other Google properties.
What You'll Do
- Build a plan for driving sustainable growth through Bing Paid Search and support proposals for new channel tests like ChatGPT Ads, YouTube, and Google Demand Generation.
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
- Ensure excellent account hygiene by excluding irrelevant search terms and placements, addressing low ad relevance or quality score keywords, and improving ad extensions.
- Support the creation, monitoring, and analysis of landing page experiments, using Webflow to assist with on-site page changes.
- Delve into data to deliver actionable insights and formulate ideas for testing and optimization based on clear hypotheses.
- Support the channel lead in developing compelling text, image, and video ads that reflect our brand tone and objectives, while regularly sharing performance feedback.
- Monitor performance on a granular level across keywords, landing pages, search terms, and creative assets.
- Report on channel performance to stakeholders regularly using both in-platform and internal data.
- Set up dashboards for efficient test monitoring.
- Collaborate with Acquitech to ensure data accuracy in Looker.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- A strong understanding of channel dynamics and metrics within Paid Search.
- Ability to understand the importance of testing and capacity to learn to design and run A/B, multivariate, and geographical tests.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Strong copywriting skills and an excellent eye for detail.
- A creative thinker who can go beyond administrative tasks to identify opportunities independently and be bold in raising them.
- Naturally curious and keen to learn from the wider team.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and seniority levels.
- Well-organized, able to effectively manage their time according to priorities.
- Strong commercial acumen.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with six-figure monthly budgets.
- Some experience working within Bing Ads.
- Experience in fintech or a similar industry.
