Guidehouse Managed Services LLC is seeking a PeopleSoft HR Developer to lead clients and project teams through the full lifecycle of solution delivery. You will define and execute robust plans to meet client requirements while driving innovation in application functionality and data quality processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead clients and project teams through a structured process to analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions.
- Define and execute a robust plan to ensure all client requirements are met.
- Drive innovation and streamline application functionality and data quality assurance/testing processes.
- Help clients transform business processes, improve internal controls, and increase operational efficiency and transparency.
- Architect and develop solutions independently or within a team of highly skilled professionals.
- Interact directly with clients' senior management.
What We're Looking For
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft technical design and development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of overall technical experience in systems design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience drafting technical design specifications and test plans for application modifications.
- Extensive experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Query.
- Familiarity with Portal Technology and Workflow.
- Extensive experience writing complex SQL statements and designing custom modules.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a Federal environment.
- Experience utilizing an issue tracking software such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
