PeopleConnect Staffing is hiring a Fundraiser for a client company in the additive manufacturing and 3D printing sector. This role begins part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time Chief Financial Officer position upon the completion of a Series A funding round. The core focus is securing capital to fuel the company's next phase of growth.

What You'll Do

Raise equity funding of $50M+ through equity, debt, or a combination of both.
Understand and acquire grants from government or other organizations.
Create successful investor presentations.
Work trade shows and conferences with team members to build industry awareness.
Travel as needed.

What We're Looking For

A proven history of raising equity funding of $50M and more either through equity, debt, or a combination.
Understanding the grant system and how to acquire funding from the Government or other organizations.
Been critical to the successful growth and involved in an exit of at least one startup in the last seven years; must have taken one company public.
10+ years of experience in finance at the VP or C-level in a startup environment.
Well connected with Tier 1 Venture Capitalists.
A successful history of making presentations to potential investors.
Experience in operations and helping a company grow through strategic vision and knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
Able to travel as needed.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation range: $61,500 to $80,000.
Equity bonus.
