The Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine, in partnership with Texas Children's Hospital, is seeking a Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. This is a 100% clinical position serving the South Houston area along with either the Texas Medical Center or The West Campus.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient care, consultation, and emergency room consultation for children with intestinal, hepatic, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders.
- Perform general pediatric gastrointestinal procedures, including upper endoscopy and colonoscopy with related therapeutic procedures.
- Supervise and educate medical students, residents, and fellows in Gastroenterology.
What We're Looking For
- Eligible for or active American Board of Pediatrics certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
- Eligibility for licensure by the Texas Medical Board.
- U.S. Citizenship or an approved work visa.
- Open at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics.
