Pearl Talent is looking for a Finance Operations Associate to build and manage the backbone of our financial and operational systems. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations across finance, people, and systems, ensuring the team has the structure and support needed to scale effectively.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts across banks, payment platforms, and credit cards.
- Prepare and issue invoices, track receivables, and process payments for vendors, contractors, and talent.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for leadership visibility.
- Manage compliance documents and ensure accuracy for audits, filings, and international transactions.
- Track bonus requests, payroll timelines, and financial SOPs to ensure consistency across teams.
- Identify gaps or bottlenecks in financial and backend workflows and implement solutions.
- Standardize templates, trackers, and reporting structures for consistency across the organization.

Technical Stack
- Finance & Accounting: QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Bill.com, Payoneer, Wise.
- Payroll & Compliance: Remote, Deel, Gusto, ADP, or other EOR/payroll platforms.
- Communication & Documentation: Slack, Google Workspace.
- Backend & IT Setup: VPNs, softphones (Aircall, RingCentral, Zoom Phone), password managers.
