Sprinto is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our People And Culture department. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations for our team.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees in India
- Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations and tax filings
- Maintain accurate employee payroll data and records
- Address payroll-related queries from employees
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to reconcile payments
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in payroll processing and management
- In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll, tax, and statutory compliance
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
