About the Role
The Operations Analyst II will work closely with sales leadership to ensure accurate reporting, maintain Salesforce integrity, and implement scalable processes that support sales productivity and forecasting accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM configurations to support sales workflows
- Generate and distribute sales performance reports for leadership review
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sales systems and databases
- Support the monthly and quarterly sales forecasting process
- Collaborate with sales teams to refine lead management and opportunity tracking
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements
- Assist in onboarding new sales team members with CRM tools and reporting access
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics
- Partner with finance and operations to align sales data with revenue goals
- Manage user permissions and security settings within Salesforce
- Track sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to management
- Conduct regular audits of Salesforce data quality
- Support integration between Salesforce and other business systems
- Document procedures and maintain operational playbooks
- Respond to ad hoc data requests from sales leadership
- Evaluate new sales technologies and tools for potential adoption
- Coordinate system updates and changes with minimal disruption
- Standardize sales operations processes across regions
- Monitor compliance with sales data governance policies
