Integer is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role based in Ireland, you will be responsible for processing multi-site, multi-cycle payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting payroll-related inquiries and process enhancements.
What You'll Do
- Perform data entries, edits, system batches, and audits for each payroll cycle.
- Audit the work of other payroll coordinators to ensure processing accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure SOX-compliant payroll processes and audit-readiness of all payroll cycles.
- Support CSO and other regulatory reporting.
- Complete employee salary certificates and pay history requests.
- Address employee and manager inquiries related to payroll execution.
- Assist associates with understanding the timekeeping system functionality.
- Reconcile biweekly payroll funding to payroll registers and monthly Revenue funding to RoS.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance payroll processes and improve the employee experience.
- Stay up to date on Ireland legislative updates impacting Payroll.
What We're Looking For
- Associate’s degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Ireland payrolls.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to sensitively handle confidential information.
- Responsive to associate inquiries and concerns.
- Able to multi-task, balance workload with multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Ireland payroll regulations.
- Experience using web-based Payroll systems such as Dayforce.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of associates.
