Support payment operations and client implementations within a regulated e-money institution, playing a key role in maintaining smooth transaction flows and onboarding new clients. You'll work directly with live payment systems, troubleshoot operational issues, and contribute to project execution in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle first-line operational inquiries, resolving routine cases and escalating complex issues with clear context and documentation
- Support client implementation timelines by coordinating with internal teams and tracking deliverables under the guidance of senior staff
- Participate in customer project meetings, summarizing progress and action items accurately
- Ensure all implementation and change records are complete, audit-ready, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Use tools like Postman and SQL to interact with APIs and validate technical configurations
What We’re Looking For
You have a foundational understanding of financial services or fintech and are building your experience in operational roles. You’re comfortable working independently while knowing when to involve others, and you approach tasks with precision and accountability.
- Background in payments, banking, or fintech through prior roles or education
- Basic technical fluency with APIs, SQL, and tools such as Postman
- Fluent in both English and French, with strong written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to process adherence and data accuracy
- Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities
