As a Lead Gameplay Programmer, you will drive the creation of sophisticated gameplay systems within a custom, high-performance, multi-threaded engine. You'll take ownership of technical design and implementation, ensuring code is robust, scalable, and aligned with the long-term vision of ambitious simulation projects.
Key Responsibilities
