We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for critical business functions including commercial and business development roles. In this role, you will play a central part in identifying, engaging, and hiring high-impact professionals who align with our innovative culture and global mission.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer execution, and onboarding support.
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate.
- Partner closely with HR teams and hiring managers to refine and improve hiring workflows and assessment methods.
- Contribute to strategic HR projects that enhance talent acquisition effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Build and nurture a robust network of potential candidates through university outreach, job fairs, community engagement, and proactive sourcing.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 6+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within leading tech or internet organizations.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across international teams.
- Proficiency in modern sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.
- Experience conducting market mapping, particularly in Asia or global markets.
- Proven ability to meet demanding hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of managing relationships with stakeholders and hiring leaders.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Enthusiasm for and understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience recruiting for corporate or business roles in Web3 or crypto-native organizations.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
