As a Technical Support Specialist, you will deliver high-quality technical assistance for web hosting services using live chat and ticketing channels. Your primary focus will be resolving complex technical inquiries with clarity and precision, ensuring users receive accurate and easy-to-follow guidance regardless of their technical background.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues related to domains, DNS, email configurations, control panels, and website performance.
- Break down intricate technical problems into clear, step-by-step instructions tailored to individual user needs.
- Stay up to date with product updates, new features, and emerging web hosting technologies to provide informed support.
- Contribute insights and feedback to enhance the AI-powered support assistant, improving response accuracy and user experience.
- Identify opportunities to streamline support processes and elevate overall service quality.
What We're Looking For
You have a solid foundation in technical customer support within tech or SaaS environments, with proven experience handling inquiries through written channels. Strong written and spoken English skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of web hosting fundamentals.
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher) is required.
- Experience in customer-facing tech support, particularly via live chat or ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, hPanel, cPanel, and email management tools.
- Knowledge of server environments, performance optimization, and AI-driven support systems is a plus.
