About the Role
The Compliance Expert will be responsible for monitoring and managing compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulations, and maintaining the organization's compliance program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor changes in regulations and update compliance programs accordingly.

- Develop and maintain a compliance training program for employees.
- Review and approve contracts and agreements for compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management.
- Ensure that the organization's compliance program is effective and up-to-date.
- Provide support to the legal team on compliance-related matters.
- Conduct compliance reviews and assessments of business units.
- Ensure that all compliance-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and implement a compliance communication plan.
- Conduct compliance training sessions for new employees.
- Ensure that the organization's compliance program is aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide compliance support to the organization's international operations.
- Conduct compliance assessments of third-party vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure that the organization's compliance program is integrated with its risk management program.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in compliance or a related field.
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
