Allegheny Health Network is hiring a Patient Host or Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will assist patients with the menu selection process to ensure they receive appropriate nutrition-related items.
What You'll Do
- Interact with patients to collect appropriate food selections, edit and enter choices into the computer system, and verify proper dietetic physician orders.
- Utilize proper food handling and storage techniques when assembling patient trays and when receiving, rotating, and storing food.
- Deliver and retrieve food carts, ensuring patient trays are delivered according to the tray delivery schedule.
- Maintain and assemble floor stock.
