DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide direct, hands-on care for patients with end-stage renal disease in our outpatient dialysis clinic. You will play a crucial role in supporting patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment under RN supervision.
What You'll Do
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
What We're Looking For
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
- CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members, reporting to and working under RN supervision.
