Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is hiring a Radioligand Therapies (RLT) Sales Specialist, Prostate for the Cleveland East, Ohio territory. This is a field-based remote role where you will drive demand and shape strategic business plans for the Radioligand Therapy platform in prostate cancer care, fostering clinical dialogue and collaborating with healthcare professionals to strengthen referral and treatment networks.
What You'll Do
- Own business relationships with prescribing and referring physicians, creating and executing territory business plans.
- Deliver education on diagnostic and therapeutic products, value propositions, and treatment protocols.
- Support product access, implement competitive strategies, and grow key account partnerships.
- Develop and employ customized tools to engage HCPs and deliver the clinical value proposition.
- Establish RLT as the partner of choice in community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Develop and execute a call-plan to achieve goals and promote a highly technical product portfolio.
- Use sales data reporting tools to understand trends and identify growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
- 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar industry with large sales teams within the last 5 years.
- 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ years’ experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience within the last 5 years.
- Strong ability to collaborate, communicate clinical information, and a validated track-record of high-performance.
- Proficient in selling to large accounts and key customer segments.
- Self-starter with analytic abilities to solve problems and demonstrate ethical leadership.
- Candidate must reside within territory, or within 50 miles of the territory border.
- Ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography and a valid driver’s license.
Nice to Have
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Broad understanding in patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and/or medical calling on HCPs.

- Compensation: $145,600 - $270,400 per year + eligibility for annual equity awards.
