Axalta is looking for a Key Account Manager - NEV to manage and develop strategic accounts for our New Energy Vehicle business in China. You will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers to drive growth and acquiring new target accounts to maintain our leading market position.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement account plans aligned with business strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Cooperate daily with existing key accounts to ensure smooth business operations.
- Plan and execute the acquisition of new accounts according to the country's key account strategy.
- Work closely with the territory team to guide and support the service network on key account contract execution.
- Coordinate within the team on necessary business factors such as resource organizing, policy designing, and product technical matters.
- Provide strategic-level insights for key accounts from a long-term view and implement the long-term strategy.
- Handle other assignments as directed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a polytechnic discipline, marketing, automotive engineering, or a related field.
- 5 – 8 years of experience in key account or after-sales management.
- Deep understanding of after-sales and auto repair operations.
- Proven track record in driving sell-through initiatives and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills as well as leadership character.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
- Fluency in Mandarin.

- An MBA.
- Experience in the auto-related industry.
- Fluency in English.
