Trane Technologies is hiring a Patient Access Coordinator I to serve as an administrative expert coordinating patient services. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a service area team to support the intake and ongoing coordination of care.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate services on behalf of patients and deliver excellent customer service in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff.
- Develop relationships and processes to support patient intake and ongoing care coordination.
- Maintain constructive communication with patients, family members, caregivers, and a wide network of healthcare providers and team members.
- Actively contribute to a positive organizational culture.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience.
- Proven performance working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of medical electronic information registration and appointment scheduling systems.
- A positive attitude.
- Ability to apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Associates Degree or two years of college experience.
- Epic registration experience.
