An established primary care practice in Salem, Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care. The role operates within a multidisciplinary team that includes social workers, behavioral health specialists, and medical assistants, ensuring comprehensive support for patient needs.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based internal medicine services in an integrated outpatient setting
- Collaborate with care team members to coordinate holistic patient management
- Use Virtual Clinic Support to manage patient messages, test results, medication renewals, and follow-up tasks
- Document patient encounters using AI-assisted tools integrated with EPIC
- Work within a sustainable schedule with no evening or weekend call obligations
Qualifications
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Graduation from an accredited Internal Medicine residency program is required. Prior experience in internal medicine practice is preferred.
Work Environment & Support
The position is onsite at 331 Highland Avenue, Salem, MA, with flexible scheduling options for full-time or part-time arrangements. The weekly commitment is 40 scheduled hours during daytime hours. After-hours and weekend clinical support is provided, allowing for reliable work-life balance.
