About the Role

As a Clinical Research Associate II, you will lead site-facing activities across the clinical trial lifecycle, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory standards, and patient safety requirements. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality data in a fast-paced, international research setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits at clinical trial sites.
  • Verify compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulations.
  • Review clinical data for accuracy and completeness, resolving queries promptly to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with investigators and site personnel to ensure efficient and ethical study execution.
  • Support the development and review of essential study documents, including protocols, case report forms, and clinical study reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science, healthcare, or related discipline.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience in clinical research, with proven site monitoring expertise.
  • Thorough understanding of clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational capability, and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently—up to 60% of time, including international destinations.
  • Valid driver’s license required for travel.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with a hybrid model, requiring regular travel to clinical sites. You will operate within a globally connected research network, supporting studies that advance medical innovation.
