Your focus will be on deploying cloud-based regulatory information management (RIM) solutions that streamline compliance, submissions, and labeling processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact between client teams, internal stakeholders, and technical resources
- Conduct workshops to gather configuration requirements, define solution designs, and prototype system functionality tailored to regulatory workflows
- Configure and document solutions within the Vault Regulatory suite, including Registrations, Submissions, Publishing, and Archive modules
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of consulting best practices across the team
- Apply deep knowledge of drug development and global regulatory submissions to guide client strategy and system adoption

Candidates should bring at least eight years of experience in system implementation roles within life sciences or healthcare. You must have a strong grasp of regulatory compliance, computer validation, and submission publishing workflows. Proven leadership in guiding teams through complex technical and organizational decisions is essential.
