Role Overview
As an Investment Analyst, you will be integral to the investment process, providing analytical and operational support across property evaluation, financial modeling, and transaction execution. You'll work closely with internal teams and outside advisors to gather insights, prepare investment materials, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the due diligence and asset management stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the investment pipeline and maintain accurate records across Sharepoint and internal systems
- Coordinate property tours, market visits, and due diligence activities, including organizing access to data rooms and tracking documentation
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and meeting materials for internal review and decision committees
- Support the execution of NDAs and manage document workflows between legal and external parties
- Conduct market research to inform underwriting, including leasing trends, capital markets activity, and competitive landscape analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models for individual properties and portfolios, testing various scenarios and assumptions
- Analyze leases, loan agreements, and partnership documents to support underwriting and asset management functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align on investment strategy
- Track follow-ups from broker meetings and ensure timely communication across stakeholders
- Identify industry trends through data analysis and contribute to sourcing new investment opportunities
- Support ongoing asset management initiatives and monitor portfolio performance

Qualifications
Applicants should hold a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field and demonstrate a strong interest in real estate investment. Essential qualities include sharp attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred experience includes familiarity with ARGUS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of New York City’s real estate market is a plus.
Work Environment
This hybrid position is based in New York City, with flexibility for remote work and summer Friday schedules. The role requires collaboration across departments and occasional site visits.
