Deckers Brands seeks a Partnership Manager to lead Ahti's collaboration strategy across Indonesia. This role blends business development, brand partnerships, and community engagement, ideal for a professional who understands the dynamics of design and lifestyle ecosystems.
What You'll Do
- Identify, approach, and manage partnerships across categories such as design & lifestyle brands, concept stores, product collaborations, events, influencers, media, and educational institutions.
- Build long-term relationships that drive brand visibility, credibility, and commercial value.
- Develop co-branding, retail, and content opportunities that reflect Ahti's design-led identity.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
- Support the rollout of showroom events, brand activations, and local collaborations in Bali and Jakarta.
- Track performance and maintain partner databases, reporting on outcomes and ROI.
- Stay attuned to emerging creative communities and opportunities that align with Ahti's aesthetic and values.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or brand management in design, interiors, lifestyle, or hospitality industries.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian design, lifestyle, and retail ecosystem.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — able to engage both creatively and commercially.
- Organized, proactive, and self-driven, with a natural sense for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Bahasa Indonesia strongly preferred.
