Sigma Marketing LLC is looking for a Partnership Lead to drive strategic initiatives that enhance our market presence and contribute to overall growth. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with our strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Identify and assess partnership opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners for mutual benefit.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure revenue-driving collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to integrate partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance metrics.
- Coordinate and facilitate partner meetings and communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop partnership marketing strategies to promote collaborative efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership performance and ROI.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team setting.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the marketing or iGaming industry.
- Experience in iGaming, sports betting, casino, or related industries.
