SphereCommerce was looking for a Partnership Account Manager

SphereCommerce seeks a Partnership Account Manager to support our ISV sales team. You will act as a strategic liaison, handling day-to-day tasks to deliver excellent service, improve processes, and resolve issues. Your work will directly drive mutual revenue growth, technical success, and market expansion for our partners.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers daily to answer questions, respond to issues, evaluate escalations, follow up on leads, and set up new accounts.
  • Provide comprehensive support to sales strategy by collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding.
  • Manage sales application preparation and submission through underwriting approval, assisting with pended applications.
  • Assist with pricing requests, contract reviews, and basic contract support alongside senior team members.
  • Prepare detailed reports containing relevant information for the team.
  • Attend meetings with sales, marketing, product, and technical personnel to discuss product info, sales goals, and coordination.

  • A self-starter willing to learn and grow, who is also tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 2-4+ years’ experience in a sales environment.
  • Ability to plan and execute strategies and initiatives to promote profitability.
  • Demonstrable project management experience.
  • Experience with CRMs.

Nice to Have

  • A broad understanding of Credit Card Payments and Merchant Acquiring.
  • Broad understanding of SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in the payments industry strongly preferred.
