ServiceNow is hiring a Partner Manager to build and manage our partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. In this role, you will focus on generating new business through partners, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving the growth of partner practices to align with ServiceNow's strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Build Partner Practices through business plan development, account planning, partner expectation management, and industry/regional/product focus.
- Plan for success through Partner achievement target agreement, capacity planning, growth investment, and points earning roadmap.
- Manage the Partner Ecosystem and cross-functional collaboration through readiness assessments, milestone tracking, roadmap sessions, ecosystem evaluations, tiering progress, and health analysis.
- Drive Ecosystem Governance through stakeholder communication, execution plans, reporting, dashboard preparation, and global interlocks.
- Work with a specified set of ServiceNow partners to generate new business in existing accounts and new logos.
- Direct/align partner’s investment in ServiceNow with areas of greatest opportunity and align partner’s corporate mission with ServiceNow's people, programs, and resources.
- Accelerate Workflow and Now Platform 'Practice' growth via joint GTM plans aligned to Capacity, Capability, Competency, and Customer Success.
- Drive regular partner cadence including pipeline reviews, operational excellence, QBRs, and EBCs for executive alignment.
- Develop and execute capacity plans to ensure partners are positioned to sell the Now Platform and deliver successful implementations.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to build and execute joint closed-loop demand generation plans (Partner Prospecting Days, CxO Roundtables, joint events).
- Develop & Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (Business Planning Guides, Enablement Journeys).
- Effectively coach & enable partners both remotely and face to face.
- Communicate Partner Programs’ Requirements & Benefits across the ecosystem.
- Provide Day-to-Day Management of Partner Ecosystem.
- Work closely with ServiceNow Partner Operations and Partner Enablement to ensure reporting and best practice execution.
- Conduct Quarterly and Bi-annual Business Reviews.
- Develop Partner Business Case + Program Roadmaps.
- Articulate investment areas needed to both enter and progress through the partner program.
- Execute Remediation Plans.
- Enhance & Manage Partner Portal and Other Systems.
- Work Towards Partner Revenue Goals through Teaming & Subcontracting.
- Build and Maintain Relationships Between the Partner Development Centre and the Partner ecosystem.
- Participate in Marketing Events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Language proficiency: fluent in both Italian and English.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
