We are seeking a motivated junior professional with exceptional organizational capabilities to support the strategic management of our premier technology collaborators (Microsoft, GitHub, Google, Intel, among others).
The objective involves assisting in coordinating processes, programs, and communications with our partners, facilitating the development of success narratives, certification and opportunity oversight, and continuously enhancing relationships within the partner ecosystem to propel the company's global expansion.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support in daily relationship management with technology partners
- Collaborate on tracking and documenting customer references, success stories, and service offerings
- Aid in coordinating and monitoring joint business opportunities
- Participate in collecting and updating certifications and competencies required by partner programs
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and partner communications
- Contribute to managing partnership processes and programs (co-sell, funds, incentives, etc.)
- Support the business team in identifying collaborative opportunities to drive international growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Partner Management Assistant or comparable role
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Engineering, or related field
- Native-level proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Fundamental understanding of the technology ecosystem and strong IT sector affinity
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork abilities
- Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and continuous learning orientation
