SAP Software Solutions is seeking a Partner Engagement Senior Specialist to join our Business Applications and Technology team. This senior role is responsible for leading inbound and outbound partner recruitment efforts for our Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE) region. You will be instrumental in building a high-performing recruitment engine and ensuring strategic alignment across our ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Own the inbound and outbound partner recruitment for the MEE region, ensuring consistency, quality, and scale.
- Oversee qualification of partner applications against SAP strategy, whitespace, and partner capacity.
- Ensure strong governance, prioritization, and decision-making across high volumes of inbound and outbound demand.
- Act as the regional escalation point for complex or strategic partner cases.
- Collaborate closely with Market Units, Incubation Management, and regional stakeholders to align intake with ecosystem needs.
- Support handover to Incubation and downstream teams to ensure a smooth partner journey.
What We're Looking For
- Background in Sales, Business Development, or Pre-Sales/Professional Services within IT or software.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance volume, quality, and business impact.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to pipeline management and decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complexity.
- Experience with CRM and partner management systems.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the technology or software industry strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems and go-to-market models is a strong advantage.
