Join TUI Group as a Talent Acquisition Partner, and help shape the future of our airline’s global pilot recruitment. You will be a key part of the Global Pilot Recruitment Team, implementing recruitment processes and attracting exceptional aviation talent. Based in Rijswijk or Zaventem, you will travel regularly to Amsterdam for simulator assessments and to other international airline hubs.
What You'll Do
- Support the design and contribute to the development and implementation of the global pilot recruitment process for TUI, using our ATS (TUI People) and assessment platform (SOVA) to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Create attractive, compelling online content with the Recruitment Marketing Team that positions TUI as an employer of choice and implement attraction plans that support our Pilot strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance through regular reporting and analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to continuously improve our recruitment results.
- Coordinate and lead both virtual and face-to-face assessment events, delivering presentations including standardization training, assessing candidates, and providing valuable feedback.
- Build strong relationships with senior airline stakeholders as a Brand Ambassador and position yourself as a credible Talent Acquisition expert.
- Work with HR teams and airline colleagues on process improvements that align with our volume recruitment strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in volume recruitment and campaign delivery, with knowledge of attraction, selection tools, and industry best practices.
- Strong interest in aviation and motivation to build specialist technical knowledge for credible conversations with pilots and airline stakeholders.
- Strong interest in data and analytics, with proven ability to use reporting for decision-making and process improvement.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and genuine interest in embracing new technologies to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Proactive team player who communicates effectively and can influence and negotiate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
