In this role, you will be the crucial link between exceptional talent and impactful career opportunities across our key European Markets. As a cultural and linguistic expert for your market, you’ll help shape our talent pipeline, drive innovation in sourcing, and connect people to meaningful work.
What You'll Do
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across assigned functions, ensuring a smooth and inclusive process.
- Develop and execute market‑specific sourcing strategies.
- Build strong and lasting candidate relationships, ensuring world‑class communication.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide market insights.
- Leverage recruitment platforms to keep processes efficient, compliant, and data‑driven.
- Track recruitment metrics, using data to guide decisions, improve diversity outcomes, and inform stakeholders.
- Support employer branding efforts to strengthen Reckitt’s visibility across your market.
- Balance multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English proficiency.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, sourcing and assessing high‑quality talent.
- Experience managing candidate relationships with care, transparency, and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities; comfortable juggling multiple processes at once.
