TUI Group is hiring a People Business Partner (all gender) for the Fleet division at TUI Cruises GmbH. In this role, you will act as a crucial advisor to crew on board the Mein Schiff and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises fleet, managing personnel operations and serving as the key interface between fleet management and specialist departments.
What You'll Do
- Advise TUI Cruises crew on board in all personnel-related matters and act as the primary land-side point of contact.
- Create rotation schedules in collaboration with specialist departments and support ship-side change processes.
- Initiate and implement recruiting measures to successfully acquire new employees.
- Act as a key user for the payroll system and handle cross-sectional projects like personnel reporting and audits.
- Serve as the interface between Fleet Organizational & People Management and specialist departments, focusing on process improvement.
- Conceive and coordinate your own projects and initiatives in close cooperation with the team and departments.
- Participate in recurring HR processes such as performance appraisals and bonus calculations.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree in shipping, human resources management, or a similarly relevant field.
- Experience in crewing, personnel management, or a similar area.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in interdisciplinary, international teams.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
