About the Role

At Capgemini, we are looking for a Partner Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive new business, pipeline growth, and revenue by positioning and selling the joint Capgemini & AWS value proposition. You will act as the crucial link between sales execution and strategic partner management, working in close alignment with both AWS and internal Capgemini teams.

What You'll Do

  • Expand demand and pipeline, and drive co-selling activities with AWS and Capgemini.
  • Execute a joint go-to-market plan for defined target customers.
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored AWS solution offerings.
  • Manage partner pipeline, co-sell performance, and revenue targets.
  • Act as an operational and strategic interface to AWS, including relationship management with partner managers and technical teams.
  • Lead joint planning sessions (e.g., QBRs), utilize AWS programs & incentives, and enable internal teams on AWS competencies.

What We're Looking For

  • Over 3 years of experience in enterprise sales with AWS technologies or within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in building pipeline and closing partner-influenced cloud deals.
  • Deep AWS knowledge (solutions, partner programs, co-selling, alliances).
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships and joint business planning.
  • Strong senior-level communication and negotiation skills with a good network in the AWS environment.
  • High social competence, collaborative, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
