Join Hornetsecurity, a dynamic and growing cybersecurity company, as a Partner Account Manager for Northern Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of regional sales partners and distributors. You will drive business plans, conduct training, and represent Hornetsecurity at industry events to achieve growth targets in the region.
What You'll Do
- Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Northern Spain.
- Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
- Organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for partners, including product training.
- Define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development.
- Actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote solutions and strengthen brand presence.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in Spain are achieved.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
- Regularly update the CRM system with relevant partner and deal information.
What We're Looking For
- Solid IT knowledge from academic background, university studies, or equivalent qualification.
- At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Spain.
- Excellent communicator who interacts confidently and professionally with partners and customers.
- Willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days).
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish and at least a B2 level of English.
- Driven by personal achievements and pursues quarterly goals with passion and accountability.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks to support company growth.
Nice to Have
- IT knowledge ideally in the field of cybersecurity or cloud services.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman.
- Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Partners and MSSP in Spain.
Team & Environment
