Parallel Wireless is hiring a Sales Director to own and execute the sales strategy for the Asia region, with a primary focus on Indonesia. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing relationships with key telecommunications operators and enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Indonesian market.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at telecom operators and large enterprises.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful deployments.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales leadership role within the telecommunications or enterprise technology sector.
- A strong, established track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly mobile network operators in the Asia region.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and strategically to build a sales pipeline from the ground up.
