Parallel Wireless was looking for a Parallel Wireless - Sales Director, Asia region (Indonesia)

Parallel Wireless is hiring a Sales Director to own and execute the sales strategy for the Asia region, with a primary focus on Indonesia. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing relationships with key telecommunications operators and enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Indonesian market.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at telecom operators and large enterprises.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful deployments.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales leadership role within the telecommunications or enterprise technology sector.
  • A strong, established track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, high-value deals.
  • Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly mobile network operators in the Asia region.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically to build a sales pipeline from the ground up.
