Maneuver Marketing is hiring a Paralegal (US)

Maneuver Marketing is looking for a Paralegal to play a crucial role supporting our business operations as we scale internationally. You will work directly with senior leadership and external counsel to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, with your contributions directly impacting our global expansion strategy.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a centralized contract database, track renewals, and prepare standard-form contracts for review.
• Review third-party redlines on standard agreements like NDAs and vendor contracts, escalating material deviations.
• Apply business judgment to balance speed and risk in everyday contract workflows.
• Work with external counsel to file trademarks, conduct basic name checks, and track renewal deadlines.
• Monitor for potential infringements across platforms like Amazon.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs and compile documentation for product registrations (NPNs, EU dossiers).
• Track progress across regions to ensure filing timelines are met.
• Maintain a repository of approved product claims, disclaimers, and ad compliance guidance.
• Ensure marketing language aligns with FTC/FDA counsel advice and flag risky content.
• Maintain records of processing activities (GDPR/CCPA) and ensure cookie banners are documented.
• Log customer data access/deletion requests and coordinate consent workflows with tech teams.
• Support updates to privacy policies and coordinate vendor Data Processing Agreements.
• Coordinate communications and document gathering for dispute and litigation matters with external counsel and internal departments.
• Manage multiple legal matters with external counsel across IP, regulatory, and commercial issues.
• Track open items, deliverables, and billing across various legal vendors.
• Maintain company records including resolutions, board minutes, and entity registrations.
• Support annual filings and assist with US entity compliance requirements.
• Manage multi-entity compliance across jurisdictions (SG, US) with audit-ready documentation.
• Organize digital legal folders by matter type with consistent naming conventions and permissions.
• Update SOPs for legal workflows and maintain secure access controls.

What We're Looking For

• Paralegal certificate from an accredited program or Bachelor's degree with paralegal coursework.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property.
• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce or consumer products industry.
• Proven experience managing contract databases, conducting trademark searches, and coordinating IP filings.
• Strong understanding of standard commercial agreements and ability to review redlines using clause libraries.
• Solid understanding of FDA/FTC compliance requirements for consumer products.
• Experience with product registration processes (NPNs, EU dossiers).
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) including data processing documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to coordinate with external counsel.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain audit-ready files and track deadlines across multiple projects.
• Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in DTC e-commerce, supplement/wellness industry, or consumer product companies.
• Understanding of digital marketing compliance, platform-specific regulations, and international expansion legal requirements.
• Experience with multi-entity corporate governance (US/Singapore preferred).
• Understanding of cross-border regulatory requirements for product launches and business operations.
