Support attorneys in managing a broad range of family law matters, including divorce proceedings, child custody arrangements, and division of assets. What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents with accuracy across various family law case types
- Coordinate with legal teams to meet court deadlines and maintain case progress
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- Manage e-filing processes within county court systems efficiently and on schedule
- Contribute to a collaborative workplace by supporting shared goals and case workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience in legal environments, particularly with family law cases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- High level of attention to detail when drafting and processing legal documents
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and organization
- Experience managing multiple cases simultaneously without compromising quality
- Familiarity with e-filing systems used by local courts
- History of working effectively with multiple attorneys in a firm setting
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and court staff
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 to 6 years of experience in family law; other legal experience may be considered

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Everett, WA, combining remote work with in-office requirements as needed for court appearances or client meetings. The role operates primarily in a remote-first model with access to physical office space when necessary.
Compensation
Pay ranges from $28 to $36 per hour, with additional commission potential. Final compensation will reflect experience, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors in accordance with applicable law.
