Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies to grow traffic and revenue across multiple European markets. You will manage advertising spend across key digital platforms, using performance data to refine campaigns and improve conversion outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement paid media strategies tailored to key EU markets including Germany, France, the UK, Spain, and Austria, with additional support for EMEA distribution partners
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets accordingly
- Manage budget allocation across regions and channels to ensure efficient spend and scalability
- Generate performance reports and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and landing page conversion rates
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams, as well as external agencies, to align campaign goals with business objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- At least two years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Proven proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and social ad platforms
- Strong experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize performance
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in collaborative environments
- Fluent in both German and English
