Shape the future of customer acquisition for a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company focused on AI-driven solutions. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution of paid campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end management of paid channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic display, focusing on scalable, ROI-positive outcomes
- Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns aligned with quarterly pipeline goals and customer acquisition targets
- Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to develop messaging and creative assets that convert
- Manage multi-channel budgets, forecast performance, and track KPIs across the customer journey
- Use data from analytics platforms to refine targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation
- Explore and validate new channels, AI-enabled ad formats, and emerging performance opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven background in performance or demand generation marketing within B2B SaaS
- Deep familiarity with AI-based products and how they influence buyer decision-making
- Experience managing paid media campaigns that contribute directly to sales pipeline
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, integrated with Salesforce
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting multi-touch attribution and funnel metrics
- Track record of working independently in fully remote teams, with fluency in tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana
- Experience supporting US- or UK-focused markets

You'll work with a modern marketing stack including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.
Work Model
This is a fully remote role. We require availability during US time zones (EST through PST) to support collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders.
