What You'll Do
Take full ownership of paid acquisition strategies across search, social, and display platforms, continuously refining campaigns to improve conversion rates and lower cost per acquisition. Design and manage performance-focused initiatives that directly support revenue and pipeline goals, using data to guide decisions at every stage.
Collaborate closely with content and product marketing teams to develop compelling, conversion-optimized assets tailored to different audience segments. Evaluate new channels, audience segments, and AI-driven marketing applications, identifying scalable opportunities based on performance data.
Monitor and adjust budgets across platforms to ensure efficient spend and strong return on investment. Use full-funnel analytics to assess campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve outcomes over time.
Requirements
- Proven background in performance or demand generation marketing within B2B SaaS environments
- Familiarity with AI-driven software products and the buying behaviors they influence
- Track record of managing paid media programs that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, integrated with Salesforce
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on testing, measurement, and optimization
- Prior experience working in fully remote teams
- Proficiency with remote collaboration platforms like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar
- Experience supporting US- or UK-based organizations

- Experience managing large-scale paid media budgets
- Knowledge of account-based marketing or paid strategies targeting specific accounts
