Drive customer value across APAC by designing and executing lifecycle marketing programs that support adoption, renewal, and expansion. You’ll take global frameworks and tailor them to regional customer behaviors, ensuring initiatives resonate with local market dynamics while aligning with overarching business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead lifecycle campaigns across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and advocacy stages, customizing engagement based on customer behavior and profile
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams in APAC to identify expansion opportunities and reduce churn risk
- Use insights from Salesforce, Pardot, Pendo, and 6sense to connect product usage and engagement data to revenue outcomes
- Localize messaging in partnership with Product Marketing, ensuring campaigns reflect regional needs and inform global strategy
- Identify and elevate customer advocates through case studies, events, and peer-led initiatives
- Measure and report on KPIs including expansion pipeline, retention rates, and product adoption metrics
- Optimize customer journeys through A/B testing, behavioral analysis, and segmentation to improve long-term value
- Plan and manage regional engagement activities, including webinars, user groups, and speaking opportunities
- Coordinate swag and incentive programs using Reachdesk to support customer interactions
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years in B2B SaaS lifecycle or customer marketing roles
- Proven success in building behavior-led campaigns that impact upsell, cross-sell, and retention
- Experience adapting global marketing strategies to regional contexts, particularly in APAC markets
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Pendo, Tableau, or Power BI
- Solid project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives across time zones and functions
- Background in IT, cybersecurity, MSP, or endpoint management industries
- A commitment to curiosity, integrity, humility, and collaboration in how work gets done
