What You'll Do
Lead the development and refinement of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and social media to drive engagement and conversion. You'll own the end-to-end execution of messaging workflows in HubSpot or High Level, ensuring timely delivery and strong performance.
Maintain a consistent social presence by managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, including planning and scheduling posts up to 30 days in advance. Create compelling graphics and edit short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Figma to support campaign goals.
Build and maintain automated workflows in Zapier to connect marketing and sales platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, improving efficiency and data flow. Analyze campaign performance using Google Sheets or Excel, then translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Work closely with sales teams based in South America, aligning marketing efforts with regional objectives and documenting scalable processes to ensure repeatability and consistency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience working with modern CRM platforms, with a preference for HubSpot
- Proven track record managing integrated campaigns across email, SMS, and social channels
- Hands-on experience building automations in Zapier or Make
- A portfolio showcasing at least two examples of visual design or video editing work
- Strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets for data interpretation
- Fluency in English, with clear written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese
- Experience in an agency setting managing multiple client brands
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT or Midjourney
- Background in recruitment or talent sourcing
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor email template adjustments
