Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and social platforms, driving engagement and conversion through strategic automation and content planning. You’ll be responsible for building and refining campaigns in HubSpot or High Level, ensuring messaging aligns with regional sales goals and audience behavior.
Social & Content Management
Maintain an active brand presence by managing LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Develop a rolling 30-day content calendar and produce visual assets and short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Figma. Content should reflect brand voice while adapting to platform-specific trends and audience preferences.
Automation & Integration
Design and maintain automated workflows in Zapier or Make to connect CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce. Streamline data flow across platforms to improve lead handoff, reduce manual tasks, and enhance tracking accuracy across the marketing funnel.
Data Analysis & Collaboration
Review campaign performance using Excel or Google Sheets to extract insights and recommend optimizations. Share clear, actionable reports with sales teams in South America and help document scalable processes for consistent results.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot
- Proven ability to manage email, SMS, and social campaigns simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with Zapier or similar automation tools
- Portfolio demonstrating design or video editing work
- Strong data analysis skills using spreadsheets
- Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Midjourney is preferred
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge helpful for template adjustments
