As the Paid Social Lead, you will shape and execute performance-driven social advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Reporting to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management—from planning and deployment to scaling—while ensuring strict adherence to cost-per-acquisition benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and long-term scaling of paid social campaigns across major platforms
- Deploy AI-powered workflows to accelerate creative development, copy generation, and performance forecasting
- Collaborate with brand and content teams to produce concise, values-aligned ad content
- Lead iterative testing of video hooks, re-hooks, and calls to action to improve conversion rates
- Manage a multi-million dollar annual media budget, allocating spend efficiently across regions to meet weekly growth KPIs
- Use attribution systems to monitor blended ROAS and base decisions on cohort-based retention metrics
- Monitor emerging trends in social advertising and advise leadership on strategic shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in performance marketing, with proven success managing high-spend campaigns for DTC brands
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into marketing processes—such as creative testing, sentiment analysis, or automation
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Solid grasp of customer lifetime value, churn, and acquisition cost dynamics
- Experience with Google Analytics, pixel implementation, and structured A/B testing
- Eligible to work legally in Canada
Preferred Background
- Experience expanding brands into new markets
- Background in food & beverage, grocery, or subscription models
- Familiarity with Quebec’s market and French-language advertising
