We’re looking for a technically skilled support professional to assist customers across the Asia-Pacific region using our AI-powered business messaging platform. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for resolving technical inquiries, guiding users through complex features, and ensuring smooth adoption of our SaaS product. You’ll engage with customers through chat, video calls, and shared inbox systems, delivering timely and accurate solutions tailored to their business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to API integrations, WhatsApp API connectivity, and AI-driven workflows
- Explain product functionality clearly, both verbally and in writing, adapting to varying levels of technical understanding
- Identify recurring customer challenges and work with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to drive improvements
- Encourage customer independence by guiding them to self-service resources and on-demand support tools
- Collaborate across departments to solve complex problems and enhance the overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in technical customer support, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
- Familiarity with API integrations, WhatsApp Business API, or AI-based systems
- Strong command of English and the ability to interpret customer needs beyond surface-level questions
- A natural empathy for users and colleagues, paired with a drive to learn and grow
- Comfort working on a fixed shift schedule with a team-oriented mindset
- A proactive attitude—someone who seeks clarity, owns outcomes, and supports peers without hesitation
