Role Overview
As a Concierge, you will be a key point of contact for guests seeking a refined and seamless experience at a luxury beach resort. Your role ensures every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and personally attended to throughout their stay. You’ll build trust through consistent, thoughtful communication and anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, efficient, and confidential guest support across phone, email, and messaging systems
- Coordinate transportation, dining reservations, local excursions, and special requests with precision
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on Naples-area attractions, services, and cultural offerings
- Collaborate with team members to deliver coordinated, high-level service
- Use internal systems to manage guest preferences and ensure continuity of experience
Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate a genuine interest in hospitality and guest care. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving setting are essential.
- Fluency in written and spoken English required
- Proven experience in guest-facing roles preferred
- Familiarity with the Naples region is a strong advantage

This is an onsite position located in Naples, Florida. The role requires consistent availability during guest service hours and the ability to thrive in a detail-oriented, guest-first environment.
