TaxValet is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to help manage, optimise, and scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. You will join a mission-driven team focused on closing the women’s health gap in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Help manage strategy and optimization of SEM and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Bing, programmatic display, and PMAX.
- Manage and optimise keyword and bidding strategy to drive conversions while maintaining efficient CPA.
- Conduct A/B testing of assets, landing pages, copy, and audiences to identify high-performing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting as needed.
- Collaborate with the data team to ensure accurate conversion tracking and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years experience running high-budget Google campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and content alignment to support paid and organic synergy.
- Excellent copywriting, creative briefing, and testing capabilities.
- A test-and-learn mindset with proven success in scaling paid search campaigns.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

- Compensation: £35,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience).
