Ignite Visibility is hiring a Paid Media Strategist

About the Role

Ignite Visibility is looking for an experienced Paid Media Strategist to join our team. You will manage and execute paid search and display campaigns on platforms like Google and Bing, focusing on strategy, implementation, optimization, and budget management. In this role, you'll work cross-collaboratively with SEO, Content, and Account Management teams to maximize client ROI.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a strategic partner for clients.
  • Perform initial campaign setup including keyword research, ad copy, and conversion tracking.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends to achieve maximum ROI in paid search, display, and social media campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and paid media initiatives.
  • Manage campaign expenses, optimization, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Consult on landing page best practices and copy adjustments to improve post-click engagement and conversion.
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising.
  • Meet or exceed project deadlines and budgeted hours, communicating proactively if not.
  • Keep track of all project status details and next steps and report when requested.
  • Assist in building systems and protocols internally.
  • Communicate rapidly and effectively with all project parties.
  • Continually learn and grow in knowledge and skill of paid media.
  • Stay on top of industry trends.
  • Assist sales team with presentations and proposal development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years paid media strategy and hands-on implementation experience with emphasis on Google search ads.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Universal Analytics 4.
  • Hands-on experience managing $20k+ monthly client campaign budgets.
  • Proven success with lead gen and eCommerce accounts.
  • Excel / Google Sheets competency including pivot tables and v-lookups.
  • Data Studio or similar reporting experience with data visualization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong presentation skills, creative, customer focused & action oriented.
  • Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with franchise business or multi-location business is highly desirable.
